Manual therapy is frequently referred to as "hands on treatment". It includes a variety of manual techniques that your therapist can perform on you with his or her hands to mobilize a joint, a bone or a muscle structure in order to resolve pain, reduce muscle tightness and restore motion.
Depending of the post graduated formation of your therapist these techniques are available at our facilities:
Mobilization, traction, gliding, active release, mobilization with movements, cranio-sacral and myofascial release techniques.
Manual therapy will benefit you in:
- Reducing muscle spasms
- Improving joint movement
- Decreasing muscle and fascial tension
